Firstly, thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re looking forward to receiving your order.
What happens next?
If the part(s) you ordered are in stock, they will either be shipped to the address you provided upon
placing your order or collected by your nominated courier, on or after 16 business hours (weekdays
only, excludes weekends and public holidays).
If the items purchased are not in stock, they will be ordered upon confirmation of your purchase and
will be subject to the lead time communicated to you at the time of purchase. We will keep you
updated if there are any changes to the lead time as stipulated by the manufacturer.
Should you have any questions relating to the despatch of your order; please email
info@sdsdrives.com providing your name, address, our quote and order number, details of the order,
your phone number and email address.
Part shipping
If you order contains multiple items, we may be able to part ship some of the items, subject to your
agreement to paying the additional shipping charges, which will be incurred by you. Please note that
part shipment is only available for orders shipping within the UK.
Making changes to your order
If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us. We will let you know if the change is
possible. In the case that we can facilitate the change(s) you have requested; we will ask you to confirm
whether you wish to go ahead with the change(s) and any cost implications of that. If we cannot make
the change or the consequences of making the change(s) are unacceptable to you, you may want to
cancel your order.
Cancelling your order
If you have just changed your mind about the order before it has arrived, you will be entitled to a
refund minus a 30% restocking fee for in-stock items. Any items ordered especially from the
manufacturer to fulfil your purchase will incur a 100% restocking fee. If you want to cancel your order,
please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
