Do all your products come with warranty?

All our new products are sold with 1 year warranty, with refurbished items coming with 6 months warranty. If you would like to enquire about our extended warranties, please consult a member of our team.

What happens if I’ve changed my mind after the purchase but before I’ve received the item?

In some instances, we may be able to cancel your order, however there may be a restocking fee. Please speak to a member of our team if you have a specific query relating to a particular product or  order.

My item has not arrived, what do I do?

SDS uses TNT Express Shipper to deliver packages worldwide. Our standard service is “Express” –the fastest service available. All paperwork and certifications are provided by our expert logistics team. Just get in touch if you have any questions.

What do I do if the item is obsolete?

Unfortunately, in the industry, items do become obsolete, and we can do nothing about this. We can, however, try our best to source the item for you through our strategic partners. Failing that, offer like-for-like replacements to ensure your productivity is not compromised. Please contact one of our team to find out more.

Where can I access a product manual/guide?

We have multiple Drive, Software and Protection manuals available for download on our website. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact one of our team.

The product I want is on ‘back order’, how long is the lead time?

Individual product lead times can vary from item to item. The estimated lead time will be communicated on the quotation and confirmed once you have ordered your item.

I’ve only received part of my order, when will the remaining items come?

As a rule, we only ship out full orders, so if you have only received part of your order, this will be because it was requested. Please reach out to your SDS contact to discuss your order.

Can you provide tracking for my item?

SDS uses TNT Express Shipper to deliver packages worldwide. Upon shipping we provide your details to our courier so you will receive tracking information.
