Standard Returns

‘Standard returns’ are all returns that aren’t due to a fault.

Our ‘Standard returns’ policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is granted, the original shipping costs you paid, plus any shipping costs you incurred in sending the item(s) back to us, will not be refunded. Furthermore, all stocked items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All non-stocked items (items listed as ‘back order’, which we had to order especially for you), are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items are covered under warranty – please read our ‘returns due to fault’ section below for more detail.

Shipping your return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SDS LTD, Unit 6, St Martins Park, Moorend Farm Avenue, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0RS, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs (that you paid for the item to be shipped to you in the first place) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £100, we advise you to use a tracked shipping service with adequate insurance cover or purchasing an adequate shipping insurance policy. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot continue to process your return unless we receive the item(s).

Returns due to fault

All items are covered for fault under the manufacturers standard 12 month warranty. If your item develops a fault within the first 12 months, please contact us using the details below, and we will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
